Worthy chondroprotector - recommended by my doctor. After taking these capsules during an arthrosis flare-up, my pain disappeared faster than usual. I've experienced more prolonged remissions since beginning this treatment. I even introduced my wife to it, and she found it effective too. I advise looking at the glucosamine and chondroitin dosage in other chondroprotectors, as this complex has an advantageous formula. I experienced no side effects and believe this product is suitable for ongoing use, especially for athletes and the elderly.
